Functional Training

Training will focus on the overall strength, conditioning, and agility.

All Athletes Welcome! 

     
Trainings will run weekly and will be 1 hour in length.
Each training session will have a specific training goal.

Sports Performance Trainings

Function Training:  This training session will focus on the overall strength, conditioning and agility of an athlete

 

Explosive Power and Agility:  This training will focus on lower body strength, core, and agility to improve running and speed.
     

Hitting and Throwing Efficiency:  This training will focus on the upper body strength, Rotator Cuff Muscles of the shoulder, and core stability to improve strength and decrease the risk of arm injuries
