Master Trainer, Colin McCullough, holds a BS degree in Kinesiology from UMass Amherst and a Master's degree in Athletic Training from Bridgewater State University. He is the Director of Fitness at the Adirondack Club and participates in our PERFORMANCE THERAPY PROGRAM program. Colin is also NSCA Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer. Colin is the Fitness Director at The Adirondack Club. Prior to joining the Adirondack Club, Colin was a Resident Assistant Athletic Trainer at Boston College for the football and swim/dive teams. He also has experience as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Bridgewater State and as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach at Lasell College. Colin has been serving as a volunteer coach for the Medfield High School Girls Lacrosse team for the last 3 years working specifically as the goalie coach. He enjoys martial arts and holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jui Jitsu. Colin specializes in Rehab/Prehab, Corrective Exercises, and sports performance training. He works with all age groups and is passionate about helping his clients to safely achieve their goals.
Siusi graduated from Northeastern University in 2014 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a minor in Psychology. She swam for Northeastern Varsity Swim Team for 2 years and then became interested in running marathons. Siusi has run 11 marathons, including 3 Boston Marathons. Siusi is certified in dry needling.

Paula is a 1988 graduate of the University of New England. She founded Sports & Wellness Physical Therapy in 2011. Her expertise is in orthopedics and sports injuries. She has acquired advanced training in manual therapy, myofascial release, Graston Certified, Dry Needling Certified and Functional Movement Screen Certified.
Special interest: sports injuries, orthopedic injuries, total joint replacement, frozen shoulder, plantar Fasciitis, post surgical, dance and baseball injuries.
Morgan graduated from Northeastern University in May 2014 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During her studies at Northeastern she completed several internships and clinicals in various medical setting including pediatrics, inpatient, and outpatient orthopedics. Morgan started dancing at a young age, was trained in ballet from FSPA and continued to dance throughout college by assisting with the creation of the largest dance group on campus. She understands the physical demands on a dancer and enjoys working with Dancers. She runs injury prevention classes at local studios and is a vital part of Sports & Wellness Dance Rehabilitation Therapy Team. She is a certified Pilates instructor. She has also volunteered with the BAA at the Boston Marathon finish line for the past 3 years.

Amy has always been passionate about sports, wellness and leading a healthy, active lifestyle. Amy is NASM certificate course and received her CPT in July of 2013. As a former special education teacher, Amy is pursuing her passion to work with others as a trainer. Amy is an avid runner who has run one marathon and several 1/2 marathons. She has successfully completed the Tough Mudder Obstacle Course, The FireBreather Challenge, Sharon Triathlon, Festivus CrossFit Competition, Spartan Race and The 26.2 Jimmy Fund Walk. She will be working with the Athletes in our PERFORMANCE THERAPY PROGRAM at Brand New Ballgame.

Sara graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University in 2011. Following graduation she remained at Emory to complete a residency in Orthopedic Physical Therapy leading to her board certification as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist. She is a Polestar Pilates educated instructor comprehensively trained on all equipment and mat. She has a Bachelors Degree in Biology and Athletic Training from Ouachita Baptist University an AAS: physical therapy assistant from Arkansas State University. Overall, Sara has worked in the field of physical therapy for over 15 years. Following residency she was a travel physical therapist gaining experience across the continuum of care eventually landing back in her primary interest at Sports & Wellness Physical Therapy working in outpatient sports medicine. She is certified in Dry Needling and has evolved a skill set in manual therapy. When not in the clinic Sara enjoys to travel and be outdoors. She participates in service travel as a physical therapist with STAND: the Haiti Project twice yearly and is a clinical instructor for South Georgia Farm Workers Project.

Lisa holds her degree and certification as a NASM Personal Trainer and also has the title of Director of Personal Training at Team Fitness Franklin and participates in our PERFORMANCE THERAPY PROGRAM. She has over 10 years experience working with clients from ages 13-80+ ranging in all levels and abilities. With weight loss clients she focuses on behavior change and with performance based clients she starts with building a strong foundation that is the prerequisite for better movements and strength. She received her Bachelors from Keene State College in Health Science with a concentration in Health Promotion and Fitness. Lisa is a Level 1 PN1 Precision Nutrition Exercise Nutrition Coach, TRX Suspension Training Qualified and CPR/First Aid Certified. She enjoys coaching clients with any goal and starting at varying levels. Her passion is changing lives with a coaching style that consists of a science based approach giving clients the right tools to achieve success.
Mo has always been passionate about sports. After graduating from Keene State College with a Bachelors Degree in Management, Mo became really passionate about becoming healthy and working out. She played softball all four years at Keene State College and received All conference honors. Mo has her NASM certificate course and received her CPT in November of 2016. Mo has been instructing softball for over 10 years and currently is a softball instructor at Brand New Ballgame and is the Hornets 18U softball coach. As a trainer, Mo coaches boot camp and instructs athletes in teen training for Sports & Wellness Physical Therapy.
Janeen is a graduate of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. She attained her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Adapted Physical Activity from Slippery Rock University as well. During her college career she played collegiate soccer and ice hockey. After graduation, Janeen was a traveling physical therapist taking 3 months assignments traveling all over the country for 4 years and has since settled in Massachusetts.

Lindsey is a graduate of Simmons College with her Doctorate degree. She went to undergraduate school at Lasell College where she graduated Suma Cum Laude with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a certified Pilates instructor.
Special Interest: sports orthopedics, manual therapy, vestibular rehab and aquatic therapy.
Marie is a physical therapist with over 15 years of experience. She received her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from The Sage Colleges, in Troy NY in 1998/1999. She has developed a wide array of experiences ranging from acute care hospital therapy to acute, subacute and chronic rehabilitation, ultimately finding her passion in outpatient physical therapy for the past 12 years. These experiences have enabled her to more deeply understand a client’s progression through the rehabilitation process, treating each client uniquely, allowing for a whole body, holistic approach to her treatment sessions. Marie is a Certified Strength Training Specialist and highly trained in KinesioTaping techniques. She has traditional training in muscle energy techniques, strain-counterstrain, positional release, soft tissue mobilization, integrated structural therapy, biomechanics and functional exercise. In addition, she is trained in osteopathic manual therapy techniques, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation and somatoemotional release. She integrates these various techniques in order to maximize the potential of healing in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal disorders/dysfunctions of the neck, back, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles and feet. She also has a special interest in treatment of headaches and women’s health.
