Master Trainer, Colin McCullough, holds a BS degree in Kinesiology from UMass Amherst and a Master's degree in Athletic Training from Bridgewater State University. He is the Director of Fitness at the Adirondack Club and participates in our PERFORMANCE THERAPY PROGRAM program. Colin is also NSCA Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer. Colin is the Fitness Director at The Adirondack Club. Prior to joining the Adirondack Club, Colin was a Resident Assistant Athletic Trainer at Boston College for the football and swim/dive teams. He also has experience as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Bridgewater State and as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach at Lasell College. Colin has been serving as a volunteer coach for the Medfield High School Girls Lacrosse team for the last 3 years working specifically as the goalie coach. He enjoys martial arts and holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jui Jitsu. Colin specializes in Rehab/Prehab, Corrective Exercises, and sports performance training. He works with all age groups and is passionate about helping his clients to safely achieve their goals.
Siusi graduated from Northeastern University in 2014 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a minor in Psychology. She swam for Northeastern Varsity Swim Team for 2 years and then became interested in running marathons. Siusi has run 11 marathons, including 3 Boston Marathons. Siusi is certified in dry needling.

Kristina is a Nutrition Educator with a passion for helping individuals and families improve their eating habits and at-home food landscapes to support optimal health along with the enjoyment of great food. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University, a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell, and a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition (with a concentration in Nutrition Education) from Northeastern University. Kristina is the mother of three children; one daughter with multiple, life-threatening food allergies, and a son with 13 less severe allergies including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, corn and apples. Facing the challenges involved in safely feeding her children and keeping her family of five happy around the kitchen table inspired Kristina’s desire to help others eat well in spite of any challenges they may face. Through her studies and work, she has also developed a love for educating parents and children about the fundamentals of good nutrition and how simple, nutritious food can support our long-term health and happiness.
Special interests: Food allergies and intolerances, supporting healthy eating for busy families, nutrition education for parents, optimal nutrition for the management of autoimmune disease.
Paula is a 1988 graduate of the University of New England. She founded Sports & Wellness Physical Therapy in 2011. Her expertise is in orthopedics and sports injuries. She has acquired advanced training in manual therapy, myofascial release, Graston Certified, Dry Needling Certified and Functional Movement Screen Certified.
Special interest: sports injuries, orthopedic injuries, total joint replacement, frozen shoulder, plantar Fasciitis, post surgical, dance and baseball injuries.
Morgan graduated from Northeastern University in May 2014 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During her studies at Northeastern she completed several internships and clinicals in various medical setting including pediatrics, inpatient, and outpatient orthopedics. Morgan started dancing at a young age, was trained in ballet from FSPA and continued to dance throughout college by assisting with the creation of the largest dance group on campus. She understands the physical demands on a dancer and enjoys working with Dancers. She runs injury prevention classes at local studios and is a vital part of Sports & Wellness Dance Rehabilitation Therapy Team. She is a certified Pilates instructor. She has also volunteered with the BAA at the Boston Marathon finish line for the past 3 years.

Sara graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University in 2011. Following graduation she remained at Emory to complete a residency in Orthopedic Physical Therapy leading to her board certification as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist. She is a Polestar Pilates educated instructor comprehensively trained on all equipment and mat. She has a Bachelors Degree in Biology and Athletic Training from Ouachita Baptist University an AAS: physical therapy assistant from Arkansas State University. She is certified in Dry Needling and has evolved a skill set in manual therapy. She participates in service travel as a physical therapist with STAND: the Haiti Project twice yearly and is a clinical instructor for South Georgia Farm Workers Project.

Megan McCarthy attended college at Georgia Southern University and earned her Bachelor’s of Nutrition and Food Science in 2012. She then returned to Georgia Southern University in 2014 to complete her dietetic internship, with a community emphasis. Megan became a licensed registered dietitian in October 2015. She has a background in counseling for weight loss, athletic performance, and general health. Megan is also a certified group fitness instructor and has been teaching a variety of classes for 7 years. She enjoys playing tennis, movies, and spending time with family and friends. Her nutrition motto is “To Nourish is to Flourish!”
Jackie graduated in 2008 from Cortiva Institute, Watertown Ma. She has experience in several modalities of massage including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Craniosacral therapy. She is passionate about the field of massage. She is committed to helping clients reduce pain and improve quality of life as well as enhancing and restoring their health by offering a variety of massage techniques to meet their specific needs.
Janeen is a graduate of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. She attained her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Adapted Physical Activity from Slippery Rock University as well. During her college career she played collegiate soccer and ice hockey. After graduation, Janeen was a traveling physical therapist taking 3 months assignments traveling all over the country for 4 years and has since settled in Massachusetts.
Special interest: sports orthopedics, pediatrics, concussion rehab, and vision therapy.
Lindsey is a graduate of Simmons College with her Doctorate degree. She went to undergraduate school at Lasell College where she graduated Suma Cum Laude with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a certified Pilates instructor.
Special Interest: sports orthopedics, manual therapy, vestibular rehab and aquatic therapy.
Marie is a physical therapist with over 15 years of experience. She received her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from The Sage Colleges, in Troy NY in 1998/1999. She has developed a wide array of experiences ranging from acute care hospital therapy to acute, subacute and chronic rehabilitation, ultimately finding her passion in outpatient physical therapy for the past 12 years. These experiences have enabled her to more deeply understand a client’s progression through the rehabilitation process, treating each client uniquely, allowing for a whole body, holistic approach to her treatment sessions. Marie is a Certified Strength Training Specialist and highly trained in KinesioTaping techniques. She has traditional training in muscle energy techniques, strain-counterstrain, positional release, soft tissue mobilization, integrated structural therapy, biomechanics and functional exercise. In addition, she is trained in osteopathic manual therapy techniques, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation and somatoemotional release. She integrates these various techniques in order to maximize the potential of healing in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal disorders/dysfunctions of the neck, back, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles and feet. She also has a special interest in treatment of headaches and women’s health.
